Arrived tarnished in box

I purchased for my wedding. They were kept in the box and packaging until my wedding day and went I opened it the earrings were brown. Not happy. Didn't even get to wear them once.

We are so sorry that you haven't had a good experience with our jewellery. As a small mother and daughter business we only want to make our customers happy. If items are deemed faulty by a customer we do ask that we are informed within 14 days so we can rectify any issues promptly. While we can see this order was placed over 6 months ago we want to make our customers happy. Please do return the earrings to us as we will be able to investigate with our suppliers. Sterling silver can oxidise over time due to wear or being in a humid environment but can be polished. We will be happy to send a replacement pair.
