Regret leaving a 1 star review

After initial disappointment when I received earrings which were not the colour I had hoped for. As soon as I alerted the seller I was offered a refund or an exchange. I then sent photographs of the colour I was hoping for and Sacha went over and above to send a replacement which were perfect. so impressed with the product but more importantly the customer service.

so disappointed

ordered black earrings but when they came they were blue and as I bought them to go with a black pearl pendant i couldn't be more disappointed.
